Service Terms

By booking photography or videography services with VisualsbyAhan, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Booking and Payment

• A deposit of 50% is required to secure your session date
• Full payment is due before delivery of final images/videos
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session forfeit the deposit
• Weather-related postponements will be rescheduled at no additional cost

Copyright and Usage Rights

VisualsbyAhan retains copyright to all images and videos created. Clients receive usage rights for personal use as specified in their service agreement.

Client Responsibilities

• Arrive on time for scheduled sessions
• Provide accurate information about session requirements
• Ensure all participants have consented to photography/videography
• Respect photographer and equipment during sessions

Delivery Timeline

Edited photos and videos will be delivered within 14 business days of the session, unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.

Limitation of Liability

VisualsbyAhan's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not responsible for events beyond our control that may affect service delivery.
